1. Subscription & Billing

  • Event8 operates on a yearly subscription model for venues, performers, and suppliers.

  • Your subscription begins on the day you sign up, and you will be charged annually on the same date each year to keep your account active.
     

2. Auto-Renewal & Payment Processing

  • All subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • The payment method on file will be charged on the renewal date as per the agreed terms.
     

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If you no longer wish to continue your membership, you must cancel before your renewal date to avoid automatic charges.

  • Once payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds, so it is your responsibility to manage your subscription before renewal.
     

4. Non-Payment & Account Status

  • If payment is not received on the renewal date, your account may be suspended until the balance is settled.

  • You may lose access to your profile and platform features during suspension.
     

5. Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other digital payment options.

  • Ensure your payment details are up to date to prevent disruptions in service.
