1. Subscription & Billing

Event8 operates on a yearly subscription model for venues, performers, and suppliers.

Your subscription begins on the day you sign up, and you will be charged annually on the same date each year to keep your account active.
2. Auto-Renewal & Payment Processing

All subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled before the renewal date.

The payment method on file will be charged on the renewal date as per the agreed terms.
3. Cancellation Policy

If you no longer wish to continue your membership, you must cancel before your renewal date to avoid automatic charges.

Once payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds, so it is your responsibility to manage your subscription before renewal.
4. Non-Payment & Account Status

If payment is not received on the renewal date, your account may be suspended until the balance is settled.

You may lose access to your profile and platform features during suspension.
5. Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards and other digital payment options.

Ensure your payment details are up to date to prevent disruptions in service.
